UrbanFit Dance Fitness x Zumba 2.0A fun, high-energy, one-hour dance-fitness workout featuring Latin rhythms, disco, funk, house, cha-cha, Afro House, Brazilian music, ’80s and ’90s favourites, plus creative remixes and mashups.The music and intensity are adapted to the people and energy in the room, keeping every class fresh, exciting, and different.Easy to follow and suitable for all fitness levels. No dance experience needed—just come ready to move, sweat, and have fun!Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Saturday: 10:00 AM–11:00 AM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 PM–7:30 PM
